Implementation
Making company-wide changes is a difficult process
To take the edge off it, Tradesware Solutions uses a "Parallel Approach", operating alongside existing processes and systems while the transition is made
This involves some redundancy, with information and tasks being doubled-up, but allows staff members to establish confidence in Tradesware, and to compare their existing procedures with the new ones
Implementation is complimentary for the first 6 months
After 6 months we start billing for the desktop license at the usual rate
We do not bill for mobile licenses until the mobile app itself is functional
Basic troubleshooting/maintenance is covered by the monthly license fee, but we reserve the right to bill for time over-and-above, at our discretion, at an hourly rate of $250

Tradesware bills a monthly rate based on the number of active desktop and mobile licenses
Desktop Licenses are $250 CAD per month (plus GST)
Mobile Licenses are $50 CAD per month (plus GST)
Dispatchers, managers, purchasers, accountants, and supervisors generally require a desktop license
All other employees require only a mobile license
The mobile app is complementary for users that already have a desktop license
Owners may or may not one, depending on how involved they are in the day-to-day
A medium-sized company will have roughly 4-8 Desktop Users and 10-30 Mobile users, but this varies considerably by industry
Please note that our billing is highly flexible, and alternative arrangements can be made as needed
